I'm here on campus, so unless anyone else already has an inside scoop on what the room setup is like, I can wander over and take a look.

Most of these rooms are pretty flexible as far as seating arrangements go, and if need be we could probably secure additional projectors...the sound/chatter of multiple groups going on at once might be the limiting factor.

Re: Lunch - the Ike Barber Learning Centre is right in the heart of campus (unlike the NV location) with plenty of food options within close walking distance. The challenge here will be fighting the student rush...

So I think one variable is the kind of room we have; not sure what the space is like and whether it permits splitting into smaller working groups a lot. I think a lot depends on that.

The day splits pretty naturally into before lunch and after (though a 10am start means before lunch is maybe not that long. Any other thoughts on lunch; I just know from past NV's that treking around campus to find eats can use up a bunch of time).

If we can work out all the questions here, great, but I have the sense that we'd be advised to come up with some simple way of self-organizing right at the start of the day; it's a small enough group it may simply be a quick tour of the room, or 2 minute pitches, or something like that.

I haven't seen it on the list, but I'm kinda hoping that Jim (and potentially any others who have played with it) will do something on buddypress.

Anyways, just some thoughts, hope others chime in.
